Customer Care Representative

Beachcomber Hot Tubs is currently looking for an enthusiastic full time Customer Care & Account Solutions Representative to join our Customer Care Team in Surrey, BC

Your Role:

Working out of Beachcomber’s Headquarters in Surrey BC you will be joining a motivated and passionate customer care team.  Your attention to detail is critical when processing orders and your keen eye for process improvement will allow us to continue to grow and shape our team.  This role is responsible for providing top-notch support to our network of dealers in Canada and around the world for Hot Tubs, Plus Products and Water Care along with providing some basic technical product assistance.


  • Provide industry leading support to our customers and dealer partners via telephone, live chat and email.  
  • Grow sales from your list of assigned dealer partners by being a reliable resource that effectively shares best practices and promotes new offers
  • Develop strong and positive relationships within the Beachcomber Dealer network
  • Provide full cycle processing and support for orders of Hot Tubs, Plus Products, and Water Care
  • Act as an advocate for the customer with a view to driving improvements in process and products.
  • Manage and maintain customer and dealer information within our CRM
  • Provide positive solutions based on the Beachcomber Hot Tub Guarantee Policy
  • Maintain and respond to inquiries coming through the Beachcomber Website
  • Maintain and update the factory Hot Tub Inventory
  • Provide widespread support to internal customers and team members
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating amazing customer experiences
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outgoing, positive and friendly personality
  • 3-5 years direct Customer Service and/or Contact Centre Experience
  • Previous CRM and/or SysPro experience considered an asset
  • Quick learner and with the ability to retain and deliver a wide range of information
  • Detail oriented, analytical and very organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Solution oriented, with the ability to listen, troubleshoot and develop solutions for our customers
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines
  • Excellent Computer literacy with experience in MS Office
